The USDA Forest Service is seeking quotations from small business concerns for the supply and delivery of precast reinforced concrete box culverts for the Gunnison Ranger District in Colorado. - Government Buyer: - US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Gunnison Ranger District - Contracting offices include Grand Mesa Uncompahgre Gunnison National Forests (Delta, CO) and USDA-FS CSA Intermountain 4 (Ogden, UT) - Products Requested: - Precast reinforced concrete box culverts - 36 units requested (per solicitation attachment) - Must meet ASTM C1433, ASTM C1577, AASHTO M259, and AASHTO M273 standards - Designed to support FHWA HL-93 load - Minimum 8' interior width, 35-40' length, 55" max rise, 45-degree skewed ends, tapered inlet throat - Optional compatible headwalls and wingwalls (minimum 1 set) - Must conform to FHWA specifications - Services Requested: - Freight, delivery, and unloading of culverts and optional wingwalls/headwalls - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery location must be within 45 miles of Gunnison, CO - Delivery deadline is July 20, 2026; contract period runs from June 10, 2026 to August 30, 2026 - Set aside for small business concerns, specifically Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) - All materials must be inspected and replaced if rejected within 14 days - Pre-bid submission deliverables and post-award shipping details required - Delivery vehicle specifications must be provided at least seven days prior to shipment - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified manufacturers meeting standards - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Gunnison Ranger District, Gunnison, CO - Delivery to a pre-approved location within 45 miles of Gunnison, CO - Contracting and government offices in Delta, CO and Ogden, UT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0077 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Pre-Case Concrete Culverts.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 327332 Concrete Pipe Manufacturing.  The small business size standard is 750 employees.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
