The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Strategic Acquisition Center, is seeking proposals for a national contract to supply high-resolution medical video monitors and related services for VA medical facilities. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) - OEMs and Vendors: - Eizo (OEM for CuratOR medical video monitors) - Products Requested: - Eizo CuratOR 27" 4K Medical Video Monitor (EX2721, EX2742) - Estimated 100 units per year (base + 4 option years) - Eizo CuratOR 32" 4K Medical Video Monitor (EX3242) - Estimated 150 units per year (base + 4 option years) - Eizo CuratOR 55" 4K Medical Video Monitor (EX5542) - Estimated 100 units per year (base + 4 option years) - Equivalent products meeting salient characteristics are acceptable - Services Requested: - Installation and setup by manufacturer-trained/authorized personnel - Software installation, updates, and non-exclusive licenses - Preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacement by authorized technicians - Clinical and biomedical staff training, data integration setup - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only new OEM or equivalent equipment; no refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items - Products must meet strict medical imaging standards (resolution, viewing angle, multiple input types, warranty) - Compliance with ADA and HIPAA - Product refreshes and mandatory electronic invoicing - Ordering restricted to designated VHA Equipment Life Cycle Management Ordering Officers - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with four 12-month option years (up to 5 years total) - Delivery/Performance Locations: - Nationwide VA medical facilities as specified in orders - Contracting offices in Frederick, MD and Fredericksburg, VA; financial services in Austin, TX

Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C10X26R0018 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for NX EQ Monitor: Video: Medical. This acquisition is unrestricted. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Line Items: Refer to ATTACHMENT A - PRICE COST SCHEDULE_NX EQ Monitor: Video: Medical for CLINs, quantities, and units of measure. Description of Requirements: Offerors shall provide NX EQ Image-Guided Surgical Navigation Systems that meet the salient characteristics listed in ATTACHMENT B PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Only new OEM equipment is acceptable. No refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items will be considered. Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery is FOB Destination. Specific delivery locations and dates will be identified in individual orders issued under the contract.
