(OEM) - Phillips Corporation (sole authorized HAAS reseller for the Federal Government) - Products Requested: - 1 Small Horizontal CNC Lathe Machine (HAAS ST20) - Meehanite Cast Iron base, slant bed style, internal chip conveyor, coolant tank - 20 Hp spindle (variable speed up to 4000 RPM), 12-station turret, FANUC-compatible controls - Hydraulic chuck, A2-6 spindle nose mount, auto lubrication, programmable tailstock - Tooling: face groover holder, ID holders, coolant block, turret face wedge/clamps, hydraulic collet chuck with collet package, standard turret tool holders - Includes lifting, leveling, floor attachment hardware, manuals, and installation supervision - Services Requested: - Installation and Training Service (performed by factory-trained servicemen and Model Shop personnel) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Brand restriction to HAAS for compatibility with existing AEDC infrastructure, operator knowledge, programming software, and tooling - Machine must be new (no refurbished parts) - 24-month warranty - On-site service response within 36 hours; parts delivery within 48 hours - Delivery is FOB Arnold Air Force Base, TN - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Arnold Air Force Base, TN (Arnold Engineering Development Complex Model Shop, West Shop, Building 451) - Contracting office at Edwards Air Force Base, CA
