The U.S. Army Medical Readiness Contracting Office West is seeking emergency medical services (EMS) support for military operations in Panama. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (W40M MRC0 WEST), based at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, Texas - Services Requested: - Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for the Joint Security Cooperation Group-Panama (JSCG-P) and Jungle Operations Training Course-Panama (JOTC-P) - 24/7 on-site ambulance coverage for ten 21-day Jungle Operations Training Course rotations per year at Cristobal Colon Aeronaval Base - On-call ambulance services for up to 200 personnel within the Panama Canal Zone, including Soldiers, Department of the Army civilians, and contractors - Services must include bilingual paramedics, certified ambulance drivers, and compliance with Panamanian Ministry of Health standards - EMS must provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS), ambulances, medical supplies, medications, equipment, communications, patient tracking, and medical liability insurance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 24/7 coverage for both on-site and on-call ambulance services - Bilingual (Spanish/English) paramedics required - Compliance with Panamanian Ministry of Health regulations - Coverage includes both base and option periods - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of performance includes Cristobal Colon Aeronaval Base, Panama Canal Zone, and designated hospitals in Colon and Panama City
