Description

This is a non-personal services requirement that will anticipate, recognize, and evaluate potential health hazards associated with processes performed at Army National Guard (ARNG) facilities. Contractor shall be required to provide sound recommendations for hazard control. The surveys shall serve as a baseline of workplace conditions or provide an update for a previously conducted survey. The purpose of a survey is to document a worker’s history of exposures for both civilian and military employees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform industrial hygiene surveys, as defined in this PWS. The exception is specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The contractor shall conduct a comprehensive industrial hygiene survey and prepare a comprehensive report for the specified facilities as defined in this PWS.
