Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), under the Department of Energy, is seeking competitive proposals for high-Q RF bandpass filters for the PIP-II LLRF RF Station Upconverters project. - Government Buyer: - Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science - Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) - Products Requested: - 76 units of 325 MHz narrow-band bandpass filters - 88 units of 650 MHz narrow-band bandpass filters - Filters must be high-Q, suitable for 50-ohm RF systems, feature SMA female connectors, and rugged machined metal housings - Compliance with strict RF performance, mechanical, environmental, and quality requirements (AS9100 or ISO 9001) - Notable Requirements: - Bidders must provide detailed technical data, compliance matrices, and acceptance test plans - Delivery is FOB Fermilab, Batavia, IL, to Fermilab Receiving Warehouse 2 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified manufacturers of high-performance RF filters - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Batavia, Illinois (including Receiving Warehouse 2)
