The Kansas Air National Guard at McConnell Air Force Base is seeking sources for a future procurement to replace fire alarm control panels in Buildings 33 and 37. - Government Buyer: - W7M9 USPFO ACTIVITY KSANG 184, under the National Guard Bureau and Department of Defense - Project located at McConnell Air Force Base, Wichita, Kansas - Products Requested: - 2 Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panels (CPU2-640), one per building - 2 Keypad Displays, 80 Character (KDM-R2), one per building - Services Required: - Labor, programming, installation, and firmware upgrades for the fire alarm systems - Compliance with federal, state, and local codes and safety standards - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs named; part numbers CPU2-640 and KDM-R2 provided (commonly associated with Notifier by Honeywell) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must coordinate base access and security clearance - Targeted toward small businesses under NAICS 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors), size standard $19 million - Work must be performed at McConnell AFB, specifically in Buildings 33 and 37

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this sources sought is for market research to gain knowledge of potential sources for future needs including interested small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.

Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell AFB will soon be soliciting for a project for the replacement of fire alarm control panels in two buildings (33 and 47). The work shall consist of replacing the existing Fire Alarm Control Panels and upgrade firmware on the systems at Buildings 33 and 37. See addtional information on attached SOW. This would include labor and programming and installation.  Materials include: 

CPU2-640 Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panels.  Qty – 1 per building  KDM-R2 Keypad Display, 80 Character.  Qty – 1 per building 

For this requirement, the small business size standard is $19 million for NAICS 238210. In the event small business In the event small business contractors are not avaialble for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Please advise on your capabilities and or past perfromance in terms of the projected requested.
