Description

The City of Omaha is soliciting bids for the removal of the existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing Membrane, replacement of damaged insulation, installation of a ½" protection board over the insulation, and installation of a new TPO Roofing Membrane System at the Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility located at 5600 10th St, Omaha, NE 68107. The project includes the entire administration building roof and the operations building roof. The anticipated notice to proceed date is July 13, 2026. The bid includes a Small and Emerging Small Business (SEB) reserve, and only SEB authorized bids will be considered if received.
