Description

The City of Charleston, WV is soliciting bids for an open-end agreement for Portland Cement Concrete. The City anticipates purchasing approximately 500 cubic yards of Portland Cement, paying only for the quantity purchased on a per cubic yard basis. The successful vendor will deliver Portland Cement Concrete on an as needed basis to various project sites within the City of Charleston. Contract items must be air-entrained and conform to West Virginia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, Section 601, as adopted in 2023. The contract will be awarded to the vendor providing the required specifications at the lowest overall total cost.
