This solicitation seeks expert consulting firms to provide specialized consulting services for the Human Resources Department of the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (GS/OAS). The services include short- and medium-term strategic workforce planning, conducting an audit of all staff positions at the organizational/secretariat level, and evaluating the use of independent consultants and contractors within GS/OAS.
