Description
This notice pertains to the investigation and determination regarding Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI) imported from China. The United States International Trade Commission determined that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of MDI from China, which were found to be sold at less than fair value. The investigation was initiated following a petition by the MDI Fair Trade Coalition and included a public hearing. The determination was made pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 and published in the Federal Register.
