Description
The Department of Education is proposing an extension without change of a currently approved information collection request (ICR) related to the RSA-509 program. This program involves the protection and advocacy of individual rights for eligible individuals with disabilities. The RSA-509 form is used annually to analyze and evaluate the program's performance, meeting data collection requirements under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Comments on this proposal are invited by July 27, 2026.
