The Florida Department of Management Services (DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management, is seeking qualified firms for a continuing contract to provide environmental architect-engineering services in the Northwest Florida Region. - Government Buyer: - Department of Management Services (DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management - Scope of Services: - Asbestos assessment, bulk sampling, abatement, and reporting - Lead risk assessment, abatement, and reporting - Indoor air quality and mold assessment, including laboratory analysis and remediation consulting - Industrial hygiene studies (e.g., drinking water, noise, radiation, lighting, heat stress, chemical exposure) - Project management, facility surveys, abatement specifications, air monitoring, and final abatement reporting - Requirements: - Firms must be licensed as Asbestos Consultant firms in Florida - Must have a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) on staff - Must hold current EPA Lead Accreditation and Florida DBPR MRSA (Mold Related Services Assessor) credentials - Demonstrated experience with new construction, remodeling, and repair of occupied buildings - Registration to do business in Florida is required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, as this is a qualifications-based selection for professional services - Selection is based on qualifications, experience, and ability to perform the required services - Place of performance is the Northwest Florida Region, with the contracting office in Tallahassee, FL
