KCTCS is seeking proposals for leadership and team development services to support Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College. - Government Buyer: - Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) - Services primarily for Southeast Community & Technical College - Products/Services Requested: - One-on-one leadership engagements: deep-dive sessions with self-assessments (including PERILL), monthly coaching for one year - Team leader engagements: includes all elements of one-on-one plus team review and debrief of PERILL assessment, facilitation connecting leadership to team mission - Monthly cohort co-development calls: 8 group learning sessions focused on collaboration and problem solving - PERILL team group reviews (in-person): 4 quarterly sessions to review assessment results, develop team identity, and reinforce accountability - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on experience in leadership development, executive coaching, team facilitation, and assessment-based coaching (PERILL methodology) - All travel expenses to Corbin, KY must be included in pricing; other expenses require pre-approval - Optional additional services may be proposed but are not considered in base cost evaluation - Contract governed by laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation
