Description
The District is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain Telecommunications and Cell Tower Consulting Services. The selected firm must demonstrate expertise in real estate, financial stability, site development, and project management related to telecommunications facilities on government-owned property. The scope includes identifying suitable MISD sites for telecommunications facilities, negotiating and managing third-party licenses, and managing construction of the facilities. Compensation to the firm will be based on payments negotiated and received from third parties for the use of the telecommunications facilities constructed or managed on MISD property.
