Description
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food for the Koksilah Soil Moisture Metering project. The project aims to expand soil moisture monitoring to more farms in the Xwulqw'selu/Koksilah Watershed to support irrigation scheduling and decision-making due to increasing drought and water scarcity affecting agricultural water supply. The work builds on previous installations of soil moisture sensors and supports irrigation scheduling until confirmed through the Watershed and Water Sustainability Plan.
