Description

The selected contractor shall provide vision services at the Southeast Youth Development Center (SYDC), including vision examinations, eye glass frames, lenses, and repairs. All examinations must be performed by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. The contractor will provide frames, lenses (single, bifocal, or trifocal), and perform adjustments and minor repairs. The term of service is three years with options to renew for two additional one-year terms.
