Description

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (Global Affairs Canada) is seeking proposals for the design, physical construction, and dismantlement of a 1,206 m² exhibition pavilion at MSPO 2026 in Kielce, Poland. The pavilion will serve as a space for exhibition, networking, and meetings for Canadian delegates and trade commissioners. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, professional expertise, and project management services to deliver a turnkey Canada Lead Nation Pavilion covering the entire project lifecycle. The contract duration is 3 months starting July 1, 2026.
