Description

This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Order Contract to provide proprietary soft drinks for the Louisiana Department of Corrections for an initial one-year period starting July 1, 2026, or date of award, ending June 30, 2027. The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions, not to exceed 36 months total. The award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications, with the right to reject individual line items. Only the specified brand(s) and model(s) will be considered for award as this solicitation is proprietary.
