Description
Davis County Government, through the Health Department, is seeking a qualified, responsive, and professional General Contractor to build a new Technical Center located at 160 S Main Street, Clearfield, Utah. The project includes demolition of the existing structure and site improvements, construction management, subcontracting, and provision of all necessary supplies and materials as per the Construction Documents. The contractor will also be responsible for environmental hazard removal, geotech testing, special testing and inspection, and obtaining necessary permits. The County will evaluate bids and select the responsive bidder with the lowest cost meeting minimum qualifications.
