This opportunity involves the comprehensive renovation and reconfiguration of the COMNAVSURFPAC Chaplain’s Office at Naval Base Coronado, San Diego: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Commander Naval Surface Force Pacific (COMNAVSURFPAC) - Contracting managed by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego - Products and Services Requested: - Complete renovation of Room 26B, including: - Demolition and replacement of ceiling tiles, carpet, and window shades - Painting of walls, doors, frames, and seismic beams - Electrical and lighting upgrades with new LED fixtures and power circuits - Installation of integrated office furniture systems: - Electric height-adjustable L-desks (4 units) - Mobile laminate and metal pedestals (various types, 10+ units) - Bookcases, wardrobe towers, credenzas, and storage cabinets - Ergonomic task and guest chairs (15+ units) - Conference and reception area furnishings (tables, panels, counters) - Desktop power modules, task lights, and dual monitor arms - Sound-absorbing panels and monolithic partitions with lockable sliding doors - Asset removal and debris disposal (dumpster provided) - Wire management, IT equipment relocation, and speaker/data drop reinstallation - Services include: - Electrical work by qualified electricians - Demolition, debris removal, and disposal off base - Short-term moving and replacement of computers and phones - Compliance with building codes and coordination with CNSP IT staff - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must be completed within 60 days after contract award - Mandatory site visit at Naval Base Coronado - Small business set-aside under NAICS 337214 - Specific product requirements for carpet (Tarkett Style 03026 Aftermath II, color 23509 Flannel), window shades (Honeycomb Soft Shades, color 50-532 Wafer), and LED lighting - All work to be performed at COMNAVSURFPAC, 2841 Rendova Rd, San Diego, CA 92155, Room 26B - No specific OEMs or brand names (other than carpet and window shade styles) are mandated; vendors may propose equivalent commercial solutions

Description

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; “quotations” are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) has a requirement in support of Commander Naval Surface Force. U.S Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) to reconfigure the Chaplain's office. All the requirements and details of this purchase can be found in the SOW.

Mandatory site visit scheduled for Monday, June 01, 2026 at Naval Base Coronado.
