The RPP has been amended to provide supplemental project information. Please see pages 20-21 of W91QEY-26-R-A002_ANAD_FORGE2_Amend2 for the complete, updated list of attachments. All other information within this announcement remains unchanged.
Effective 3 June 2026, the following attachments has been added to this notice W91QEY-26-R-A002_ANAD_FORGE2_Amend1 and ANAD FORGE II_Site Visit Agenda_10JUN26.
The following two (2) changes were made to the RPP:
The RPP due date has been updated to 29 June 2026 at 7:00AM CDT to match the due date listed on the SAM.gov posting. The Project Labor Agreement (PLA) language has been officially REMOVED from the RPP and is no longer applicable for this requirement.
This announcement is a formal Request for Project Proposals (RPP) issued by the Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Theater Support Center (TSC) on behalf of Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) Facilities, Operations, Readiness, Growth and Experience (FORGE) II. RPP number W91QEY-26-R-A002.
This is the final RPP and supersedes all prior drafts.
Interested industry partners are invited to attend a site visit scheduled for June 10, 2026. A detailed agenda for this site visit will be provided at a later date.
Note: Computer Aided Design (CAD) Files (RPP attachments 0001.8, 0002.1, and 0003.1 are available upon request).
