This opportunity seeks small business contractors to provide comprehensive snow removal and grounds maintenance services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) ZKC Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) Compound and associated facilities in Olathe, Kansas. - Government Buyer: - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Kansas City Operations Support Services, KC Operations Support Staff OSS - FAA Kansas City District, Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), OSS/OCC, and Child Care Facility - Scope of Services: - Snow removal and deicing for sidewalks, parking lots, ramps, stair entrances, and crosswalks - Includes plowing, shoveling, and salting with response times (e.g., salting within two hours of call) - Snow removal triggered by specific snowfall thresholds (e.g., plowing for >2", shoveling for >0.5") - Pricing varies by snowfall depth and area (lots and walks) - Grounds maintenance services - Grass cutting, edging, pruning, fertilization, pest control, mulching, trash and litter collection, herbicide application - Weekly, seasonal, and bi-seasonal service frequencies specified - Includes tree, plant, and shrub maintenance (dormant oil, fertilization, pest control, mulching) - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation - 24/7 availability required for snow removal - Compliance with FAA security and operational regulations is mandatory - Contract Structure: - Firm-fixed price contract - Base year plus four option years for both snow removal and grounds maintenance - Small business set-aside under NAICS 561730 (Landscaping Services) - Locations: - ZKC ARTCC Compound, including 250, 280, and 300 S. Description

This Solicitation (SIR) is for Snow Removal and Grounds Maintenance Services for the Olathe, KS ZKC Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), OSS/OCC and Child Care Facility to be completed as required in the Performance Work State,emt (PWS) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00289.     This acquisition is set aside for small business.  The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561730  – Landscaping Services.    The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
