FEMA's Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive antenna maintenance and support services. - Government Buyer: - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC), National Continuity Section - Scope of Work: - Periodic inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, installation, relocation, and removal of antenna products and structures - Visual inspection and climb of one main tower with approximately 17 antennas - Maintenance of 20 antennas on smaller structures - Visual review of approximately 160 antennas owned by other organizations, including tower climbs for safety and signage assessment - RF safety inspections, field mapping, and detailed reporting - Preparation of maintenance and inspection plans - Products/Services Requested: - Antenna inspection, maintenance, and repair services (labor and materials as needed) - Tri-annual inspection and preventative maintenance - Contract Structure: - Firm fixed price contract - Base period of one year with four one-year option periods (potential five-year duration) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be capable of tower climbing and performing RF safety inspections - Services cover both FEMA-owned and third-party antennas on site - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center, 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Mount Weather, VA 20135-2006

Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Antenna Services (non-communication) maintenance and support at the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center.  The potential contractor will be responsible for labor and material if needed.  The RFQ is attached along with the statement of work.  The Purchase order is for a base of one year and four (4) one-year option periods.  

Award will be made to the vendor that is most advantageous to the government based on the criteria listed in the RFQ.
