Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Small Craft Harbours (SCH), requires the services of a qualified engineering consulting firm to undertake a sedimentation study and conceptual options analysis for Rondeau Harbour (Erieau), Ontario. The scope includes data review, field investigations such as bathymetric survey and sediment sampling, analysis of hydrodynamic conditions, wave climate, sediment transport, assessment of shoreline evolution and Barrier Beach behavior, development and evaluation of conceptual options for repair, modification, relocation, or removal of the east breakwater, and preparation of technical reports and Class D cost estimates. The contract duration is estimated to be 9 months.
