The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking qualified 8(a) vendors to provide comprehensive database administration and support services for its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Oracle Applications environments. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), including the Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate and AFLCMC/GBM and AFLCMC/GBK4M offices - OEMs and Vendors: - Oracle (highlighted as the primary OEM for all database and application environments) - Products/Services Requested: - Oracle e-Business Suite (eBS) R12.2.X and Oracle Fusion database administration - Integration and support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Exadata Cloud Services, and DoD Cloud One at Impact Level 4 (IL4) - Services include: - Sustainment, modification, and support for MRO and Oracle environments - System and database design, development, and administration - Performance monitoring, tuning, and patching - Security compliance and risk management - Integration with cloud and ERP systems (including DISA, ERP-CS) - Disaster recovery, workflow administration, and user management - Section 508 compliance, documentation, and training - Helpdesk and production support - Transition planning, monthly status, and vacancy/turnover reporting - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must demonstrate experience with Oracle Financials, cMRO, and cloud infrastructure integration - Work is performed at government-approved facilities in the Dayton/Kettering, OH area, with some telework options - Monthly reporting and transition plans required at contract start and end - Compliance with DoD Impact Level 4 security standards - Section 508 accessibility compliance - Focus on 8(a) small business participation under NAICS 541519

Description

The Business & Enterprise Systems (BES) through Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) is conducting market research to seek qualified 8(a) vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541519.

The Government is researching vendors capable to encompass the sustainment, modification, and support efforts for the MRO and Cloud One Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level 4 (IL4). The requirement will include, but not limited to, the following: modify current capabilities along with software maintenance, sustainment, modification, system design and development, system performance and metrics, performance monitoring, database design and development, test and evaluation, maintenance, training, integration, migration, risk management, configuration management, Section 508 compliance, documentation updates, meeting support, helpdesk support/diagnostics, production support, Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) upgrades, etc.
