Description

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify interested, responsible sources to support a requirement for paving materials and equipment at Biddle ANG Base in Horsham, PA.

This sources sought seeks to identify responsible potential sources to supply materials and equipment to patch potholes on Biddle ANG Base. Construction labor will be provided by the Government and is not being requested as a part of this notice. Biddle ANG Base requires the following:

Wearing Course Asphalt – 9.5mm HMA PennDOT Binder Course Asphalt – 19mm HMA PennDOT Tack Coat (Liquid Asphalt) Aggregate – PennDOT 2A
