Solicitation Number: N6523626QE187Title: Product maintenance and support for the Keysight PROPSIM F64 MANET Channel Emulation SolutionThe purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’sIntent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Keysight for the procurement of product maintenance and support for the previously purchased Keysight PROPSIM F64 MANET Channel Emulation Solution. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Keysight under the authority of FAR 13.101. No other company can provide the compatible software for the existing systems. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the Business Size Standard is large.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it canfulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Questions and responses concerning this notice should be directed to Marcie Wagers at marcia.m.wagers.civ@us.navy.mil or on the GPE via the PIEE Solicitation Module. All responses received by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 05/25/2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
