This is an Invitation to Tender for the realignment construction of Leo Creek Forest Service Road (FSR) between 58 and 62 kilometers. The project involves road bridge work, heavy construction services, and gravel or dirt road construction services. The scope includes traffic management, quality management, survey and construction layout, mobilization, stripping and grubbing, subgrade and subbase construction, final grading, drainage structure installation and supply, site cleanup, revegetation, and equipment usage such as excavators, crawlers, trucks, loaders, and packers.
