The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, is conducting market research for pharmacy and related services to support the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) in Washington, DC. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate (contracting office) - Armed Forces Retirement Home, Washington, DC (end user) - Services Requested: - Comprehensive pharmacy services for approximately 555 residents - Medication dispensing - Billing to Medicare, Tricare, and other insurance providers - Drug regimen reviews - Staff in-service training - Emergency medication delivery - Formulary management - Equipment provision (medication carts, fax machines) - Software subscription for medication management (Point Click Care) - Quality control and reporting - Compliance with federal, state, and AFRH regulations - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must provide software subscriptions for medication management - Must deliver emergency medications and maintain quality control - Services must comply with all relevant regulations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the documents - No product part numbers or purchase quantities are specified - The contract includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisitions Services Directorate, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek feedback from industry to assist the Government in the improvement of requirements and the development of an acquisition strategy for a requirement, Pharmacy Services. Please see attached documents for more information and instructions on how to respond to this RFI.The information obtained from this notice will be used for market research purposes only. The information received will be used to define and develop the Government's requirement. This RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not beconsidered as proposals nor will any award be made because of this notice. All information contained in this RFI is preliminary and subject to change. It is in no way binding on the Government. FAR clause 52.215-3, "Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes", is incorporated by reference in this RFI. The Government does not intend to pay for information received in response to this RFI. Responders to this invitation are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. This RFI will be the basis for collecting information on capabilities available. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received in this RFI that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned nor will receipt be confirmed. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
