USDA agencies are seeking a short-term rental of office space in Hidalgo County, Texas, specifically in Edinburg or McAllen, to support the Farm Service Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Rural Development operations. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Farm Service Agency (FSA) - Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) - Rural Development (RD) - Farm Production and Conservation Business Center Acquisition Division (FPAC BUS CNTR-ACQ DIV) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the opportunity is open to small business lessors. - Products/Services Requested: - Short-term office space rental (8,000–10,200 sq ft) in Edinburg or McAllen, TX - Must be ADA compliant and meet International Building Code requirements - Security features: locking exterior doors, secure front desk/reception area - Parking: 15 visitor spaces, 25 employee spaces (including handicap and trailer parking) - Room requirements: at least 10 private offices (min. 120 sq ft each), workspace for 7 staff, conference room for 10, storage (min. 900 sq ft), server room (min. 100 sq ft), at least four bathroom stalls (2 per gender), and janitorial services - Utilities and triple net costs included in the lease - Desired but not required: breakroom - Telephone and internet access to be procured separately - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% small business set-aside - Firm-fixed price contract - Lease must be within Edinburg or McAllen city limits in Hidalgo County, TX - Lease includes a base year and four 12-month option years (up to 5 years total) - All costs (janitorial, utilities, triple net) must be included in the monthly price - No products or equipment are being procured—only office space rental services.

The USDA Farm Service Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Rural Development located in Hidalgo County, Edinburg or McAllen, TX USDA Service Center requires a short-term rental for office space. Please see Attachment 3 - Statement of Work and Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for additional information. Anticipated period of performance is July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 with four possible option years.
