St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking bids for a comprehensive Utility Point Of Repair construction project focused on water and sewer infrastructure across the parish. - Government Buyer: - St. Tammany Parish Government, Department of Procurement - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Construction services for scheduled and emergency repairs and limited extensions of water and sewer lines and related structures - Extensive list of unit-priced construction line items, including: - Mobilization and emergency mobilization (various types and quantities) - Roadway and pavement work (fiber reinforced concrete, asphalt, curbs, gutters, saw cutting, removals, base courses) - Excavation, dewatering (well pointing), and sod/landscaping - Water and sewer pipe installation and repairs (PVC, ductile iron, various diameters and depths) - Directional drilling for water and sewer mains - Installation and repair of valves, valve boxes, manholes, cleanouts, house connections, meter boxes, and fire hydrants - Point repairs for gravity sewer, force main, and water lines at various depths - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Emergency mobilization must be on-site within 2 hours of notification - Standard mobilization required within 72 hours - Work must comply with all applicable water and sewer regulations - Price escalation allowed once per renewal term, based on the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics index - Contract term through December 31, 2026, with two optional one-year extensions - Work to be performed across multiple locations in St. Tammany Parish, including Covington, Mandeville, and Slidell - Bid security and Louisiana contractor license required - Open to all qualified contractors; parish reserves right to reject any/all bids
