Description

The City of Albany is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of the HVAC system located at the Judicial Building at 225 Pine Ave., Albany, GA. Bids must be submitted to the City of Albany Procurement Division by 2:30 p.m. on June 29, 2026. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on a lump sum basis. A 5% bid bond and 100% performance and payment bonds are required. A pre-bid conference will be held on June 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Government Center, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia.
