Description

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to serve as a full-service benefits partner providing Employee Benefits Consulting, Third-Party Administration, and comprehensive, day-to-day Managed Benefits Services. ARC seeks a firm capable of delivering integrated program management across consulting, administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The partner will support procurement of carriers, manage carrier relationships, provide TPA services for self-funded plans, administer benefits operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver employee communication and enrollment support. The contract is anticipated to start on August 17, 2026, and all work must be completed by December 31, 2029.
