The Department of the Navy, through the Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, is soliciting offers for the manufacture and delivery of two custom Dual Positive Replacement Pump Skids for use at two major naval shipyards. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office (NAVSEA Service Contracts Division) - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) custom Dual Positive Replacement Pump Skids - Each pump skid must be manufactured in accordance with detailed attachment specifications (Attachment A) and certifications (Attachment B) - Part numbers referenced as CLIN 0001 (NNSY) and CLIN 0002 (PNSY) - Certificate of Compliance required for each unit - Mercury Free Clause applies to all units - Data deliverables required with each unit: - Test/Inspection Reports for chemical and mechanical properties - Certificate of Compliance (signed hard copy) - Preservation, Packaging, and Packing (PP&P) Drawings - Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Manuals - Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Reports - All documentation must be furnished with the material and packaged inside the shipping container - Delivery Locations: - Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, Virginia - Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF (PNSY) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% Small Business Set Aside (NAICS 333914) - Technical capability information must be submitted separately from price quotes - Compliance with all specified certifications and mercury-free requirements is mandatory - All deliverables restricted to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only
