It does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ), or a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.The Government is not requesting quotes at this time, and no awards will be made because of this notice.The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS), is conducting market research to identify qualified ISBEE, IEE, small business, and large business concerns capable of providing food and beverage supply delivery to OJS Detention Facilities located in District I (North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska).BIA-OJS is responsible for providing nutritious and healthy inmate meals that meet or exceed Tribal and nationally recognized standards.
