The City of Dunwoody is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified playground vendors/contractors to provide turnkey services for the design, procurement, furnishing, delivery, and installation of new playground equipment and associated site improvements for the hillside area adjacent to the multi-use fields at Brook Run Park, 4770 N. Peachtree Rd., Dunwoody, Georgia. The project aims to deliver a complete, code-compliant, safe, durable, and maintainable playground suitable for public use on a hillside site. The selected proposer will provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, design services, construction-ready documents, permitting coordination, and installation necessary for a complete and operational playground project.
