Description

This solicitation is for grading and clay capping on Grid 709 from the junction of Grid 605 west to Highway 48, covering a total distance of approximately 3.5 km. The project includes removal and disposal of culverts, earth excavation, waste excavation, failure repair, topsoil removal and replacement, disposal of surplus rock, haul on earth material, subgrade preparation and compaction, traffic gravel incorporation, and installation of culverts. The work must be completed by October 31, 2026, with liquidated damages applicable for delays.
