The University of Regina, University of Saskatchewan, and Saskatchewan Polytechnic, collectively known as the Institutes, are seeking proposals for a preferred service vendor to provide courier services for domestic, transborder, and international destinations. The services will include the transportation of Dangerous Goods but exclude Customs Brokerage, which will be handled by each institute's contracted customs broker.
