Description

Wylie ISD is seeking proposals from qualified Special Education professional consultants to establish a pool of licensed professionals for assessment, consultation, professional development speakers, and administration of IEP goals. The contract will be non-exclusive and consultants will be used on an as-needed basis. The estimated annual contract value is $700,000, with a term of five years starting June 15, 2026, and optional annual renewals through June 30, 2031. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 29, 2026, and the district anticipates awarding to multiple vendors based on evaluation criteria and district needs.
