Description
Grant County, on behalf of the Road Department, is seeking proposals from qualified companies that can do business in New Mexico to provide all materials, labor, machinery, equipment, tools, etc., necessary to furnish and install miscellaneous construction projects throughout Grant County. The contracts resulting from this solicitation will be indefinite quantity price agreements per State Statute 13-1-63. Price escalations may be considered. Submission of a proposal implies agreement to the terms.
