Description

This construction project involves demolition, grading, and installation of curb & gutter, sidewalks, trails, ADA curb ramps, alley & driveway approaches, storm water infrastructure, utilities, sports court, fenced dog park, park pavilion and bathroom, irrigation, trees, landscaping, and associated improvements. The project site includes portions of Scott Street, Otis Street, Rogers Street, and Shakespeare streets, as well as a new park bounded by these streets and the New St. Mary's Cemetery, located at 1930 Shakespeare Street in Missoula, MT. A mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2026, and bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a Teams meeting immediately following the bid deadline on June 26, 2026.
