This opportunity involves the City of Palm Coast, Florida seeking qualified contractors for the WWTF #1 Headworks Rehabilitation Project. - Government Buyer: - City of Palm Coast, Florida (local government) - OEMs and Vendors: - GLM – Green Monster (highlighted as the specified or approved equal for chemical-resistant coatings) - Products/Services Requested: - Cleaning, sandblasting, and inspection of Master Lift Station, Headworks, and Screening Structure - Concrete repair and restoration for facility structures - Installation of chemical-resistant coatings (GLM – Green Monster or approved equal) - Removal and reinstallation of equipment - Site restoration after rehabilitation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractors must provide proof of approval as an installer of GLM – Green Monster or an approved equal - Appropriate contractor licenses (General Contractor and/or Underground Utility) are required - Bid security, required forms, and financial statements must be submitted - Project will be executed in two phases to minimize facility downtime

Description

This Request for Proposals is issued to solicit proposals from qualified contractors for cleaning, sandblasting, inspection, concrete repair/restoration, chemical-resistant coating installation, equipment removal/reinstallation, and site restoration for the Master Lift Station, Headworks, and Screening Structure. The work will be completed in two phases: (1) Headworks and Master Pump Station and (2) Screening Structure. Coordination between the Owner and Contractor is required to minimize facility downtime.
