Description

The Town of Tewksbury is soliciting sealed bids for the supply and delivery of Diatomaceous Earth to the Tewksbury Water Treatment Facility. Bids must be submitted to the Department of Public Works office by 10:00 AM on June 15, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidding documents are available electronically at no cost starting May 26, 2026, and may also be examined at the Department of Public Works office. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for 45 days following the bid opening. The contract award will be governed by M.G.L. c. 30b, and the Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
