Description

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a contract to provide Fingerprinting Services. The requirement will be solicited under Full and Open Competition. The Government anticipates the award of a single firm fixed-price contract for a period of twelve months plus four twelve-month option periods, with the option to extend up to an additional six months.

This is a non-personal service contract to provide for the collection and submission of both electronic and hard copy fingerprints, with successful submission to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) system, as well as ink or hard card fingerprints on various fingerprint cards. The work shall be performed at any/all current or future vendor fingerprint collection sites.  Contractor shall have a presence within each of the 50 United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and United States Virgin Islands.

Fees cover the collection and transmission of one set of fingerprints, either electronically with successful submission or hard copy with physical shipping. For hard copy versions the Contractor will provide cards and mail completed cards to the address associated with the applicable DHA Submitting Office Number.

The NAICS for this requirement is 561611 - Investigation and Personal Background Check Services, with a size standard of $25 Million. This notice is provided in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.201.

Award will be for a base 12-month period and include the potential of four (4) 12-month option periods. Quote evaluation will be based on the best value to the government, considering technical, past performance and price factors.
