The U.S. Air Force at Robins Air Force Base is seeking comprehensive sustainment services for its fleet of ZEUS III Laser Neutralization Systems. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Combat Readiness (FA8534 AFLCMC WNKAC) - Contracting office located at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia - OEM and Vendor: - Parsons Government Services is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole source contractor for the ZEUS III Laser Neutralization System - Products and Hardware Components: - Sustainment covers 30 deployed ZEUS III Laser Neutralization Systems and 8 full system spares - Key hardware parts include: - Pedestal (Part No. Zeus3A-A-C001) - Chiller (Part No. Zeus3A-A-B001) - Laser Operators Panel (Part No. Zeus4-A-E004) - Laser (Part No. Zeus3A-A-F001) - VMUX (Part No. Zeus3A-A-E003) - Computer (Part No. Zeus3A-A-E011) - Services Requested: - Full-spectrum sustainment services, including: - Maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting (hardware and software) - Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) repair - Field Service Representative (FSR) support globally - Training and updating operation/training manuals - Maintaining an 85% Fully Mission Capable rate - All software installation, updates, and maintenance must be performed exclusively by the OEM - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only the OEM is authorized to perform software and system maintenance; no other entities permitted - Unclassified security clearance required; foreign participation is prohibited - Adherence to DoD/Air Force security procedures - Place of Performance: - Robins Air Force Base, Georgia (primary contracting and performance location)

Description

The scope of this effort shall encompass the full-spectrum sustainment efforts for all 30 ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization Systems in the field along with eight (8) full ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization System spares. The contractor will be required to perform all actions on the ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization System to ensure the fleet maintains an 85% Fully Mission Capable rate. The contractor will be responsible for providing Field Service Representative (FSR) support at all times where these systems are being utilized across the globe in order to provide any necessary troubleshooting (hardware and software), inspections, maintenance, Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) repair, and training on the ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization System.  When required, the contractor will be required to update operation and training manuals. The contractor will also be responsible for adhering to security procedures in accordance with the System Security Plan set forth by DoD/Air Force. All software installation, updates, and maintenance will be the responsibility of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). No other entity will be granted access to perform system or software maintenance.
