STGE - GTT Retaining Wall RehabPRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE:The National Park Service, CONOPS – Central, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the GTT Retaining Wall Rehab at Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri. Work consists of: The Green Tree Tavern Retaining Wall Reconstruction project entails the careful deconstruction and reconstruction of a historic mortared limestone[BT1.1] retaining wall located on the Green Tree Tavern property. The wall currently exhibits a slight outward lean along its length until it connects to the concrete steps, necessitating this rehabilitation effort. The wall, approximately 90 linear feet long, 4 feet high, and 1.5 feet thick, sits roughly 10 feet from the historic Green Tree Tavern structure and adjacent to St. Marys Road. The contractor will dismantle the wall by hand, label and clean each stone, and salvage usable historic flagstone for reuse. Reconstruction will utilize NHL 3.5 lime mortar (1-part lime to 2.5-part sand) to ensure moisture permeability and structural strength. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6026Q0049PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by Summer 2026 with performance to begin in Late Summer 2026. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Ste Genevieve County, MO will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Prior Experience, and PriceNorth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238190, and the size standard is $19 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation.
