The County of Eddy is seeking qualifications-based proposals from firms authorized to do business in New Mexico to provide on-call engineering, surveying, testing, and/or environmental services for various construction and road projects. This is a multiple-source award opportunity. Services may include preliminary and final design, hydrology reports, surveying and staking, materials testing, and environmental investigations compliant with NEPA and applicable regulations. Selected firms must be knowledgeable in current laws, regulations, industry standards, manuals, specifications, and accepted construction procedures.
