Description
The City of Santa Maria is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for final design and preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for the Active Transportation Program (ATP) Cycle 7 Railroad Avenue / Depot Street Corridor Improvements project. The selected consultant will prepare a complete, biddable, and constructible PS&E package and provide related design support services necessary to advance the project to Ready to List / advertisement, in accordance with applicable City standards and Caltrans Local Assistance requirements. The project includes design and construction of corridor improvements such as Class IV separated bikeway facilities, directional curb ramps, curb extensions and bulb-outs, and high-visibility crosswalks. This solicitation is for architectural and engineering services and will be conducted using qualifications-based selection procedures.
