Description

The Authority is seeking qualified respondents to develop and administer a mystery shopper program at Tampa International Airport. The program aims to ensure that airport concession locations maintain the Authority's service values and provide first-class standards of service in retail, food and beverage, and passenger amenities. The awarded respondent will assess current conditions, identify service improvement priorities, evaluate the impact of service quality initiatives, reward excellence, and pinpoint areas for improvement. The contract term starts December 2, 2026, for one year with possible extensions.
